I wanted a "less talk - more walk" website.
This is simply a place to come and exercise. Sure you can email and check out some new exercise ideas but first and foremost it is the site to come to when you don't have time, don't have equipment or don't have ideas. We'll do some push-ups, squats, lunges, core work so that if nothing else you have 15 or 20 minutes a day of activity.
Is that enough? - heck no but its a start.
The video playing here is "The Core" a video we shot a couple of years ago at "the space" a funky little club we had and it sums up what this site is, your drop in, turn on, workout option. In this instance you have to have warmed up prior to watching and taking part so if you have not yet get outside and walk run around your block a couple of times, march or jog on the spot for 5 or 6 minutes, shadow box or do whatever it takes to warm your muscles up, start you breathing hard and gets you excited to do a little core stability, abdominal training.
Remember your own personal safety and fitness is your responsibility - don't do anything you feel uncomfortable doing, take your breaks whenever and however you deem fit and let me know what you think.
